As humble starts go, Danelle started out with her healthcare career working in Senor facilities as a CNA, while attending nursing school. She obtained her License for Practical Nursing soon after and started working at United Hospital. Working in the trauma department, she quickly learned the found a lot of fulfilment in helping people, especially seniors and the disabled! Danelle also managed 6 Residential homes until she shifted her career focus to Home Care with a primary objective of helping seniors. While she started as a scheduling leader, within a few months she was Promoted into Office Manager, to Regional Manager, and loved digging into the world of the Operations and the HR side of the business. After several more career steps that brought her to branch management in BrightStar Care, early 2022 Danelle expanded her role to Business Development Director for the ESG Group (the parent company of BrightStar Care of St. Paul) and covers Business Development for all ESG-MN companies, with specific focus on BrightStar Care of St. Paul under the Karing Hent Inc., which manages the top performing BrightStar Care growth and development of Minnesota. As a Business Development professional, Danelle works primarily in the Metro of Minnesota to maintain growth and existing client relationships, while constantly seeking new partnerships and opportunities. With a Healthcare Business Management degree, she has held various healthcare leadership roles, including Operations, Human Resources, and Business Development. Danelle started with BrightStar Care as Branch Manager and quickly took on two Minnesota territories and with the marketing and progression in growth Danelle executed, she was quickly able to obtain a new office for BrightStar Care of St. Paul. With all this experience, Danelle has transitioned to Director of Business Development for four territories. She brings confidence, resilience, passion, and leadership to the team.
